Avoid Internet Fraud

Internet scams and frauds are almost as old as the Internet itself. As their modus operandi, online swindlers present deceitful solicitations to prospective victims, carry out fraudulent transactions; transmit the proceeds of scam to financial institutions or to individuals. Their deception business takes place in chatrooms, message boards or emails; and sometimes they even have their own operational websites. Internet frauds also take the form of a counterfeit postal money order, online buying scam, cash the check system, business opportunity schemes, money transfer fraud, dating scams, among others. People around the world who use the Internet must be cautioned by these kinds of technologically advanced corruption.
